One of the main reasons for joining the UCL Business Society is the unique opportunity to participate in a myriad of Business related competitions.

Our society regularly organises inter-university competitive events in the career clusters of ļ¬nance, consulting, business management and administration, entrepreneurship and many more. All of these are judged by business and industry professionals, and the honours which the students compete for have worldwide recognition.

Through the various competitions that we organise, students will see their creativity, critical thinking and decision making skills be put to the test. Furthermore, competition also presents the unique opportunity for students to pit their solutions against their peers.

What are Bizsoc competitions?


The annual DECA competition is back again for 2017/18! All students are welcome to take part in one of UCL’s biggest student-run business competitions. During this one day, individual case study competition, students are given the opportunity to provide their own solutions to a series of business related case studies. Consulting and Investment Banking Competition

The Consulting and Investment Banking Competition gives students the opportunity to turn around a struggling multinational corporation. Using a consultancy or investment banking approach, students are given the chance to be creative and stimulating in their solutions.
